就太原市图书馆新馆投入使用前制约、影响其生存、发展的因素进行了简单分析 ,并就这些问题提出了进入新馆后的改进策略。

This paper makes brief analysis on the factors restricting and influencing the existence and development of Taiyuan Library before its new building is put into operation, and advances some improving measures towards these problems after entering the new building of Taiyuan Library.
