AgNOR对乳腺病诊断的意义

摘要 运用银染技术,检测90例乳腺病变细胞核中核仁组成区相关嗜银蛋白(AgNOR)。结果:良、恶性乳腺病 AgNOR 数有显著性差异(P<0.01);在乳腺癌中,浸润性导管癌 AgNOR 均数显著高于其它类型癌(P<0.01),AgNOR 颗粒的形态和分布在良、恶性病变中也不同。提示AgNOR 计数与形态观察对判断良恶性乳腺病具有重要意义,可作为病理学的辅助诊断。 Using silver staining technigue,nucleolar organizer regions were identified in routinelyprocessed paraffin sections of breastLesions.Argyrophilic NOR associated proteins(AgNOR),appeared in nuclei as black dots,the number of which was related to cellular activation.In malignant breast lesions AgNORs were signi- ficantly more than those in hyperplasia and fibroadenoma(P<0.001).In benign lesions,fibroadenoma had much more AgNORs than hyperplasia(P<0.001).In malignant lesions,AgNOR of infiltrating ductal carcinoma was the highest in nu- bet(P<0.001).It was showed that the number of AgNORs was related to tumour differentiation.So the AgNOR technique will find increasing application as an ad- junct to diagnostic histopathology.
