针对目前乡镇企业发展困难的状况 ,提出振兴乡镇企业必须首先从项目、资金、人员等方面强化企业的内部管理。

In the light of difficult situation of rural enterprises' development at present,this paper points out that rural enterprises must strengthen their inner management from aspects of projects,funds and personnel at first.
