摘要
风机是氧化铝生产车间的重要设备 ,风机的振动是影响其正常运行的主要因素。振动是由多种原因造成的 ,大量的记录和观测发现 ,风机最主要的振源来自转子的不平衡状态 ,这一振源往往导致风机停车、轴瓦烧毁等故障 ,故监测这一振源对风机的良好运行十分必要。文章介绍了山西铝厂氧化铝车间利用振动测量仪监测该车间风机运行状况的经验与体会。
The fan is an important equipment in Alumina workshop, and the vibration of the fan is a major factor influencing its formal operation. The vibration is caused by various reasons. A large number of records and observations find that the most basic vibration source of the fan comes from the unequilibrium state of the rotor. This vibration source often results in some faults such as the stoppage of the fan, burnout of the axle bush, etc. So, monitoring this vibration source is very essential for smooth operation of the fan. This paper introduces the experiences of Alumina Workshop of Shanxi Aluminum Manufacturer to monitor the running state of the fan by using vibration-measuring instrument.
