信息时代的高度城市化对城市规划、管理提出了更高的要求 ,为此 ,提出了开发、建设城市综合功能 GIS的构想 ,介绍了系统硬、软件平台及系统功能 ,分析并论述了开发城市综合功能 GIS可以使城市规划管理更加科学 ,系统功能更加强大 ,可避免重复投资和重复建设 ,便于数据更新和管理维护。
Informational era makes country highly urbanized. This asks more from city plan and management. So the paper proposed urban comprehensive functions of GIS and introduced systemic hardware platform and its functions. Have analysed and expounded the fact that it can enable the planning management in the city to synthesize function GIS to develop the city .More scientific, the system is stronger, avoid overlapping investment, repeated construction,benefit the data to upgrade, the meaning of management safeguard.
