摘要
为探讨奇异变形杆菌的发病机理,本文用乳鼠试验检测了从医院内腹泻患儿粪中分离的36株奇异变形杆菌肠毒素,结果4株呈阳性。对其中2株进行了耐热性试验,证明其具有耐热性。同时发现在人工培养条件下通过多次传代或肠毒素经反复冻融,耐热性肠毒素(ST)的活性可随之减弱或丧失。
36 strains of Proteus mirabilis isolated from the faeces of diarrheal infants were studied with respect to a number of bacterial properties as haemolytic activity, heat-stable enterotoxin (ST) production and icytotoxic activty. All of the 36 strains produced exotoxins as well as endotoxins. These strains showed haemolytic activity displayed by young cultures against human "O" type, rabbit and sheep erythrocytes. The cytotoxic activity against CHO and Hep-2 cells was present in the supernatant of a centrifuged culture and in a filtrate. 4 of 36 strains produced heat-stable enterotoxin (ST), which could be weakened or become subsiding because of prolonged heating duration and escalation of temperature.
