卡介苗对兔系膜增殖性肾炎的保护作用

摘要 为探讨BCG对兔系膜增殖性肾炎是否有保护作用,将15只兔建立起该模型并分成两组。BCG组(7只):在致病免疫前3周起接受BCG接种直至实验结束;对照组(8)只,以生理盐水取代BCG。结果:与对照组相比,BCG组循环免疫复合物在致病免疫后6周时显著减少(P<0.05)、小球内兔IgG减少(P=0.0505),小球平均细胞数显著减少(P<0.01)。这表明BCG可能促进MPS清除CIC或抑制其形成,减少小球内的IC,从而减轻小球的系膜增殖性炎症。 To investigate whether BCG can play a protective role in the rabbit model of mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis. The models of fifteen rabbits were established and divided into two groups. BCG group (N=7) received BCG inoculation 3 weeks prior to the pathogenic immunization and till the end of experiment; control group (N=8) received normal saline instead of BCG. The results showed that in the BCG group the circulating immune complex levels were significantly lower (P<0.05), the rabbit IgG deposits in glomeruli tended to be significantly less (P=0.0505) and the mean count of cells per glomerulus was significantly fewer (P<0.01) than that in the control group. It is conclusive that BCG could promote MPS to remove CIC or to inhibit its formation and reduce the diposited IC in glomeruli so as to mitigate the mesangial proliferative inflammation of glomeruli.
