摘要
战略管理是一种关系企业生存与发展的新的企业管理技术。本文从战略的范畴入手 ,并由此演化出五种关于战略范畴的不同定义 ,以利于对企业战略内涵的理解。在对不同战略管理理论学派介绍的基础上 ,进一步提出战略管理的定义和特征及其动态管理过程。文章还提出当前战略管理的发展态势 ,即极度 (超级 )竞争和动态竞争。
Strategic management is a new management technology related to the survival and development of enterprises.This paper begins with the origin of strategy,and further lays out five different definitions of strategy,conductive to the understanding of enterprise strategy.After introducing some academic schools of strategic management,it puts forward the definitions,features and dynamic process of strategic management.Finally,it advances the two development trends of strategic management,including hyper-competition and dynamic competitive strategy.
