摘要
从国民经济和区域经济发展看 ,我国矿业重心正在逐步向西部转移 ,西部地区必将成为 2 1世纪我国能源和原材料基地。为了保证矿产资源的合理开发利用 ,本文提出应注意五个方面问题 ,并提出五点对策和建议。
The Chinese regional economic development foresees a trend of tranfer to the wests,and the wests are sure to become the base of energy and raw materials.To ensure a rational utilization and development of mineral resources,The auther suggested that five issues are to be seriously dealt with.
