To improve the quality of Internet information service,It needs the personalized intelligent agents.The re-search of MAS utilized in Internet is the main research field on agents.Based on MAS,Authors design one real research system called TSAgent.This paper focuses on the lower part design of TSAgent ,and gives some running state descrip-tion.
