摘要
将钢筋利用真空镀膜沉积在光纤的纤芯上 ,使之形成敏感光纤 ,从而制备了用于监测模拟混凝土结构钢筋腐蚀的光纤传感器 ,该方法基于光纤纤芯上的敏感膜能够将腐蚀信息传递给光纤内传导的光波 ,从而获取腐蚀信息 ,实现腐蚀监测。对光纤传感器上钢筋膜的腐蚀传感能力的研究 。
An optical fibre sensor for sensing the corrosion degree on reinforcement in concrete construction consists of 3 parts: a photoemitting circuit, a photoreceiver circuit and a sensitive optical fiber which is made after its core has been plated with reinforced steel bar membrane.On the core of the optical fibre, the vacuum plated sensitive film can transmit the corrosion information to the light wave which is transporting inside the fibre. In this way, corrosion information can be detected. Researches into the sensibility to corrosion of the reinforced steel film which is on the core of the optical fibre have proved that it is feasible to apply optical fibre sensor technology to monitor the reinforcement corrosion in concrete construction.
