摘要
将42名生育力男子的精液置于17°~37℃间的4组不同温度下检查精子活力,以探讨温度对体外精子活力的影响。结果表明:温度对精子前向运动和活动精子百分率有显著影响,而前向运动级别比活动精子百分率对温度的敏感性更高。36~37℃精子活力最好。24°~25℃组与36°~37℃组之间,精子前向运动级别(0~Ⅲ级制)和活动精子百分率的差异无统计学意义。低于24℃则活力下降。文章认为精液常规和有关精子活力的检查宜在24℃以上进行,需要发挥精子活力的实验宜在37℃左右进行。
The exams of sperm motility from 42 fertile men were carried out under 4 variant temperature of 17-37℃ to seek for affection of temperature on in vitro sperm motility. The results are as follows: The temperature evidently affects the grade of formard progression of the sperm and the percentage of motile sperm. The sperm forward progression is more sensitive to temperature changes than the percentage of motile sperm. In 36-37℃ group sperm motility is the highest Comparing the 36-37℃ group with the 24-25℃ group, there is no statistical differences in the grade of forward progression of the sperm (0-3 grade system)and in the percentage of motile sperm. If temperature is below 24℃, sperm motility will be slowed down. Authors suggest that the optimal temperature for routine exams of sperm motility should be carried out in 24℃ or over 24℃, while the optimal temperature for the experiment of reflecting the best sperm motility should be carried out in the left and right of 37℃.
