摘要
对现代企业而言,企业人力资源的质量和水平决定着企业的生存和发展,企业可持续发展的动力在于人力资源的培养和使用。面对竞争日益激烈的航运市场,我国航运企业必须高度重视人力资源管理问题。中小航运企业受限于自身的资金规模、技术水平、管理方式等因素,在人力资源管理方面存在诸多劣势和不足,有必要在人才引进、管理、激励、考评等方面做出相应的努力和调整,找到其实施人力资源管理的现实途径。
As a modern enterprise, its existence and development depends on quality of the human resource. The power of the continuous development lies on the enterprises training and managing of their human resource. Facing to the intense competition in the shipping market, the shipping enterprises must pay a more attention to the human resource. Small and medium shipping enterprises are limited by many factors such as fund scale, technique level, managing mode, etc. They must do a lot of work at recruit of able persons, management, encouragement and comment in order to find out the best way for their human resource management.
