摘要 土工织物模袋用于海滨贮灰场的斜坡堤在国内尚属首次.模袋材质为涤纶,内充素混凝土,厚度为250mm.模袋的铺放,充灌混凝土和质量检查等等工序均按预先安排的施工组织设计进行,充灌混凝土的关键是混凝土应具有良好的流动性、和易性,并保证充灌连续进行.混凝土配合比为1:2.71:2.41,W/C=0. 67.外加剂为木质磺酸钙和AE复合剂. It was the first time that geotextile grid - bag form work was used on seashore rubble mound revetments protecting an ash storage yard. The grid - bags are made of polyester, filled with plain concrete to a thickness of 250mm. Laying of the geotextile grid - bags, concrete filling and quality control inspection are all carried out in line with pre-arranged methods and designs. The key factor in concrete pouring lies in the good flowability and workability of concrete as well as the continuity of concrete pouring. The mixing ratio of concrete used was 1 : 2- 71 : 2- 41 and W/C = 0. 67. The admixtures used were wooden calcium sulphate and AE compound.
