摘要
万家寨引黄工程为一高扬程、大流量、跨流域的大型引水工程 ,每年连续引水 10个月 ,引水线路以隧洞为主 ,单洞长度达 43km ,沿线穿越湿陷性黄土、蚀变砂岩、断层、高地下水等不良地质条件 ,给设计和施工带来难度。本文对工程设计中关键性的问题 ,如分期实施方案、调节水库规划、水泵扬程选择、解决泵站间不平衡流量的措施、TBM施工等进行了论述 ,对今后相关工程的设计和施工具有指导意义。
Shanxi Wanjiazhai Yellow River Diversion Project is a large scale diversion works with high lift,big flow quantity and across several basins.It continuous diversion for 10 months every year,diversion line are mainly tunnels ,the length of single tunnel is 43 km.It travels adverse geologic conditions such as loess,erosion arenaceous rock,dislocation,high underground water and so on,which brings a lot of trouble to design and construction.The artical mainly discusses some critical problems in this project such as program of stage constructions,planning of regulating reservoir,choice of pump lift,measure of unbalance flow quantity in pump stations,TBM construction and so on.It has great guiding significance to design and construction of relative project in future.
