摘要
成年雄性SD大鼠随机分成2组,给药及对照组灌服混悬于1%CMC中之T_4,剂量为50μg/kg/d,每周6天,对照组灌服1%等量CMC,6周后表明生育力降至零即剖杀。结果表明:①两组血清FSH、LH及睾酮均无明显差异。②与对照组相比,T_4组间质细胞基础睾酮分泌和HCG刺激后睾酮分泌均明显下降。本研究表明,抗生育剂量的T_4对血中生殖激素无明显影响,但对间质细胞可能有一定的抑制作用。这在离体培养的异常环境下可能较易显示。
T_4 is an active component isolated from GTW. It was given by gastric gavage to adult male rats at a dose of 50 μg/kg/day, 6 days a week for 6 weeks. At the end of treatment serum FSH, LH and testosterone were measured by RIA. Steroidogenic responsiveness of the Leydig cells was assessed by in vitro incubation of testis. Results showed that. 1.There were no significant difference in serum FSH, LH and testosterone between T_4 group and control. 2.The basal and HCG-stimulated testosterone production by Leydig cells of T_4 treated rats in vitro were decreased in contrast to increasing in controls. The direct inhibit effect of T_4 on testicular steroidogenesis suggests that T_4 may regulate testicular functions. But an antifertility dose of T_4 does not reliably affect the hormonal secretion from the hypothalamopituitary-testis axis of male rats.
