摘要
运用BWW液洗涤不液化的精液,使精子从粘稠的精浆中释放出来,而提高精子的运动速度,在临床上已成功地用于配偶间的人工授精。洗涤前,精子前向运动速度和直线运动速度分别为25.83±7.02μm/s,29.20±8.49μm/s。洗涤后,二者分别为40.63±5.80μm/s,43.23±6.91μm/s。我们认为本疗法步骤简单并能避免运用药物在体外处理中对精子的可能损伤。
Unliquefiable semen was washed with BWW buffer in order to release the spermatozoa and speed their movement. It had been successful in applying this method for insemination to the infertile men resulted from unliquefiable semen. The average speed of Spermatozoa was 25.83+7.02μm/s and spermatozoal straight speed was 29.20+8.49μm/s before the treatment and 40.62+5.80μm/s and 43.13+6.91μm/s respectively after treatment. Authors believed that this method was rather simple and could keep spermatozoa from being damaged when the unliquefiable semen was treated with drugs.
