人精子超低温冷冻前后的电镜观察 被引量:4

摘要 本文将正常值精液分为两组,每组10例。A组为液氮冷冻精液;B组为新鲜精液,作为对照组。在A、B两组之间分别进行光镜和电镜下精子对比观察。结果;1.光镜下两组精子畸形率基本一致。2.电镜下,A组精子的形态、生物膜及亚细胞结构基本完整;与B组对照,A组的主要改变局限于精子头部的顶体和中段的线粒体,顶体变化为其前段肿胀、分离和弯曲,有的部位仅保留一层顶体内膜,线粒体则呈基质密度降低、结构模糊,少数可见线粒体空泡。本文还围绕超低温保存对精子超微结构的影响以及该影响对精子运动和授精功能的作用进行了讨论。 Ten samples each of group A and group B were collected from normal men. Group A was thawed after cryopreservation and group B remained fresh as control. The results showed that there was no significant differance in teratic rates of spermatozoa in two groups under microscope, but under TEM there were acrosome changes with swell, seperation and also mitochondrial changes with striking decrease in the density of the matrix and vacuolation in somen samples of group A. We suggested that frozen semen has little affection on AID though there are some changes under TEM.
