摘要
针对我国高放废液全分离流程中产出的锶废物组成特点 ,设计了用铁磷酸盐玻璃固化锶废物的配方。用红外光谱 (IR)研究了玻璃固化体的结构 ,用 Product Consistency Test(PCT)试验方法研究了玻璃固化体的化学稳定性。研究表明 ,在所选的配方组成范围内 ,所熔制的玻璃固化体均有较好的化学稳定性。当配料中模拟含锶废物的含量为 2 4~ 2 8% (wt)、Fe2 O3 的含量大于 2 4 % (wt)、O/ P(氧磷摩尔比 )为3.5~ 3.6时 。
The iron phosphate glass matrix is recommended to incorporate strontium waste produced from the partitioning process of Chinese HLLW. The formula of iron phosphate glasses was designed. Their structure was studied with IR spectra and their chemical durability was tested by the Product Consistency Test (PCT) method. The experimental results show that the glass matrix has good chemical durability. When the content of simulated strontium waste is within 24%(w/w) to 28%(w/w), that of Fe 2O 3 is above 24%(w/w) and the molar ratio of O/P is 3.5 to 3.6 in the composite, the glass matrix has the best chemical durability.
