Semiconductor detector and its application in space science

摘要 阐述了空间辐射环境监测的意义 ,描述了由半导体探测器组成的望远镜系统在空间科学中的应用 。 Significance of monitoring of space radiation environment and application of telescope consisted of semiconductor detectors in space science are described. The partial results of measurement of earth radiation belts by the telescope system in satellite on synchronous orbits are given.
