Methodology study on alpha waste online detection and qualitative evaluation in solid waste disposal of middle to low level radioactivity

根据在核废料回取分类、压缩减容的处置工艺及部分专用设备开发等方面的研究和初步实践 ,提出了利用现代测试技术和自动控制原理对α型废物进行在线探测、位置判定、目标成像、定性分析。

The continuous and quick evaluation on alpha waste is critical technology in processing of nuclear waste. There is not any operational method for detection of alpha waste in worldwide practice of waste processing. The study focus on the processing methodology, based on the practice on retaking, sorting, size reduction by compressing and equipment development. Operational routine is proposed, including online locating alpha waste, imaging, and evaluation on radio activity and specific activity , using effective sensing means and automatic control techniques.
