摘要
综述了用于预防PTCA后血管再狭窄的放射性血管支架的各种制备方法 :同位素离子注入法、活化法及直接表面沉积或涂覆法的研究进展 ,分析了各种方法的特点 ,简述各种放射性支架的应用情况 。
Radioactive stents is a promising avenue to reduce the rate of restenosis after percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA). In this paper, the preparation methods of radioactive stents including ion implantation, activation in reactor or in cyclotron and surface handling methods were reviewed. Ion implantation was used to produce the 32 P-implanted stent undergoing clinic evaluation. Other methods also showed their respective advantages. The composit polymer stent or nitinol stent may be the next aims to be explored in this field.
