摘要
以 [99Tcm(OH2 ) 3 (CO) 3 ]+ 为前体 ,对两种有机膦配体 (PPh3 和 Tetrofosmin)进行了 99Tcm(CO) 3核配合物的制备 ,得到了放化纯度大于 95 %的 99Tcm(CO) 3 -有机膦配合物 ;并进行了其电性、稳定性及小鼠生物分布的初步研究。99Tcm(I) (CO) 3 - tetrofosmin的小鼠体内分布结果表明 ,配合物主要通过肝脏系统进行代谢 ,血摄取量较低 。
The precursor [ 99 Tc m(OH 2) 3(CO) 3] + is reacted with the phosphine ligands PPh 3 or tetrofosmin[(C 2H 5OC 2H 4) 2PC 2H 4P(C 2H 4OC 2H 5) 2] to produce two 99 Tc m(CO) 3 core complexes . The RCP of 99 Tc m(CO) 3 core complexs is over 95% by TLC. The stability, charge and biodistribution of the complexes are studied. The biodistribution results in mice indicate that the complex 99 Tc m(CO) 3 tetrofosmin metabolizes through the hepatobiliary pathway and has low uptake in blood and fast clearance from blood.
