本文研究了无磷洗衣粉,主要以碳酸钠、偏硅酸钠、聚丙烯酸钠、4A佛石、柠檬酸钠、硼砂为助洗剂,固定表面活性剂配比,考察助洗剂对去污力的影响,筛选出无磷洗衣粉的最佳配方。

Some nonphosphate builders such as sodium carbonate, sodium metasilicate, Sodium polyacrylate, 4A Zeolite, sodium citrate and borax were incorporated into a basic formula of power detergent to replace phosphates. The effects of these builders on the detergency were determined. Thus, the better nonphosphate powder detergent with higher detergency is com-posed of LAS 14% , AEO9, 2% , cmc 1 % , Na2CO3 10% , Na2SiO3 ·5H2O 12% , NaPAA 10% , 4A Zeolite 25% , Na Citrate 4% and soap2%, etc.
