摘要
本文介绍了一种新开发的低毒酚醛树脂,该树脂能中温固化,用于压制胶合板时,热压温度可降至115—120℃,成品板物理力学性能均符合GB9846.4—88标准中工类胶合板的规定值,该树脂还具有成本低的特点。
A PF resin with low toxic was introduced in this paper . The resin could cure at medium temperature , when the resin was used as a plywood adhesive, the press temperature could decrease to 115-120℃ , the physical and mechanical proper-ties of plywood could reach or be superior to 工-grade specification of the standard GB9846.4 - 88. The resin was low in pro-duction cost.
