Study on synthesis of maleic ( 2-2 ethyl hexyl ) ester by HWP

以杂多酸 (HWP)为催化剂 ,以顺丁烯二酸酐与仲辛醇为原料 ,催化合成马来酸 (2 - 2乙基己基 )酯。研究了催化剂的用量、反应时间、反应温度、酸醇量比对酯化反应的影响。催化剂能使用多次 。

The maleic ( 2-2 ethyl hexyl )ester is synthesized starting from maleic anhydriae and 2 - octanol by HWP catalyst.The influences of catalyst dosage, reaction time, reaction temperature,and mole ratio of acid to alcohol on esterification are studied. The results show that this catalyst could be used time and again, and the catalytic effect is preferable.
