摘要
萃取速率和萃取量是超临界流体萃取过程设计的重要依据。对超临界流体萃取固态物料的动力学模型进行了评述。分析了各种动力学模型所描述的萃取机理和模型的求解方法 ,并对各种模型进行了比较 ,指出了各自的适用范围。
The extraction velocity and capacity are important basis for supercritical fluid extraction design. The kinetic models of supercritical fluid extraction of solid substances are summarized and compared. The extraction mechanisms and the solution methods for models are analyzed. The application scope of models is pointed out.
