电石法生产PVC树脂的成本分析与控制 被引量:2

摘要 介绍了石河子中发公司采用电石法生产PVC树脂的成本分析及采取的措施 :(1)加强电石采购管理 ,次品电石使用量降至 2 0 %以下 ,使电石单耗降低 ;(2 )氯化氢纯度控制应大于 93 % ;(3)适当扩大生产能力 (由 8kt/a增至 2 .5万t/a)。改进后生产成本由 5 419元 /t下降至 3 95 5元 /t。 The cost of PVC resin produced by calcium carbide process in Zhongfa Co.of Shihezi is analyzed,and following methods are adopted to reduce the cost:(1)strengthening the management of purchasing calcium carbide to reduce the defective percentage to less than 20%,and thus reduce the consumption of calcium carbide;(2)controlling the purity of hydrogen chloride ≥93%;(3)expanding production capacity (from 8 000 t/a to 25 000 t/a).So the cost of PVC resin can reduce from 5 419 RMB $/t to 3 955 RBM $/t.
