缩短PVC糊树脂聚合周期新工艺在48m^3聚合釜中的应用

摘要 简要介绍了缩短PVC糊树脂聚合周期的小、中试及 48m3釜的工业化试验过程 ,确定了适宜的聚合工艺条件及引发剂、链调节剂的用量 ;采用该技术生产后使H型PVC糊树脂的聚合周期平均缩短了3 .7h ,使生产效益提高了 14.5 %。降低了单位产品的固定折旧。 This paper introduced the small-scale test,pilot-scale test and commerical-scale test in 48 m 3 polymerizer on shortening the polymerization period of PVC paste resin.Suitable polymerization conditions and using amount of initiator and chain regulator were obtained.The polymerization period was reduced by 3.7 hours for the production of H-type PVC paste resin by using this new process,and the production yield increased by 14.5%.Meanwhile,the fixed capital depreciation charge,manufacturing cost and management cost of each product were also reduced.
