This paper introduced the third meth od of the manufacture process for the Aluminium alloy parts———semisolid die forging,including the industrial m anufacture process of semisolid die forging,the main methods of the spec ial raw materials ingot for semisold die forging and th e applied examples.It has elaborate d the advantages replacing die casti ng and common die foring with semisolid die forging.
