摘要
针对修船厂外包工队伍流动性强,人员素质及稳定性差,不易管理等问题,从抓大放小,宁精勿滥;集中管理,分散考核;双赢法则和情感策略等三方面阐述了如何搞好修船厂外包工的管理工作。
:Great mobility,poor personal quality and less stability make administration difficult to contract workers.This paper tells how to manage contract workers in a shipyard from the aspects of stressing the essentials,choosing workers rather highly trained than great in number,concentrating management,dispersive assessment,profitting by both sides and emotion-investment.
