作者从我国造船与航运业的发展 ,结合船舶设计与建造的实践 ,提出了造船业是一个不可忽视的重要钢材市场。在激烈的国际竞争中我国钢材市场的发展 。
Based on author's understanding on China's shipbuilding and shipping development, ship design and shipbuilding experience, the paper pointed out that shipbuilding is an important and un overlookable steel market. The author also proposed some useful suggestions on the measures that shall be taken in China for steel material market development in the intense international competition.
