摘要
为解决使用固色剂Y固色后的游离甲醛问题 ,在实验室中用不同摩尔比的丙烯酰胺与丙烯酸甲酯以及 2 ,3-环氧丙基三甲氯化铵合成了新型高密度电荷阳离子固色剂GY ,通过一系列实验找到了其最佳工艺参数 :固色剂用量 1% ,60℃固色 ,90℃烘干 ,后固法工艺。同时 ,与固色剂Y的固色效果进行了对比 ,结论是这一新型固色剂GY可以达到固色剂Y的固色效果 。
To solve the problem of free formaldehyde resulted from colour fixing with fixing agent Y, a high density charge cationic fixing agent GY is compounded from acrylamide of variable mole ratio with methyl acrylate and 2,3 epoxy propyltrimethyl ammonium chloride in laboratory. Based on a series of experiments, optimized technological parameters are presented as follows: dose of fixing agent 1%; fixing and drying at 60℃ and 90℃ respectively; Using post fixing method . A comparison on the fixing result is made between fixing agent Y and GY with the following conclusion: Same fixing result has been obtained with the new non formaldehyde cationic fixing agent GY and the agent Y, therefore the GY can be used as a substitute for Y.
