通过模型试验资料分析和船模试验结果 ,在实体模型上对“W”方案工程前后的整治效果进行了实验研究 ,并对“W”方案工程进行优化 ,为决策部门提供科学依据。

Based on the model test data analysis and ship-model test result, a test study was carried out to the regulation effect of plan “W” by the physical model, in accordance with the result of which plan “W” was optimized. This provided a scientific basis for policy-making departments.
