摘要
两件 12.9级气缸盖螺栓发生延迟性断裂,根据螺栓的失效形式,结合螺栓的生产及装配工艺,分析了导致螺栓发生延迟断裂的影响因素,探讨了材料方框偏析对高强度螺栓可能产生的影响,提出了防止高强度螺栓发生延迟断裂的措施。
Delayed fracture of two class 12.9 bolts in cylinder head are found.The factors led to delayed failure are analyzed by combined the manufacturing and assembly processes.The possible effect of the frame-like segregation on the properties of high strength bolts is discussed and some measures to prevent the bolts from delayed fracture are presented.
