摘要
基于系统论的观点构建了与外部环境进行物质、能量与信息交流的企业集团竞争力系统模型 ,通过该模型对竞争力的形成及变化从制度要素、组织要素、资源要素和能力要素四个方面进行了系统地分析 ,得出制度要素影响着资源与能力的相互转化 ,组织要素直接制约着竞争力的大小 .
The paper analyzes the enterprises group from the four aspects: system factor, organization factor, resource factor and ability factor, and designs a competitive power systematic model which exchanges the substance, energy and information with the outside. It systematically analyses the formation and change of the enterprise group in the model. So we draw the conclusion that the system factor influences the reciprocity between resource and ability, and the organization is the key factor for the enterprise group competitive power.
