在 0 0 31 2 5~ 5 9 6mg/L固定磷化氢浓度范围内 ,通过对磷化氢中毒玉米象Sitophiluszea mais (Motschulsky)成虫反应症状的系统观察发现 ,磷化氢对玉米象成虫的毒性作用过程可以划分为 3个阶段 :熏蒸期间的麻醉或击倒阶段 ;散气后的麻醉恢复阶段 ;真正死亡阶段 .试虫的死亡与麻醉或击倒不完全相关 ,麻醉可能是磷化氢对试虫神经系统直接或间接作用的结果 .
At fixed phosphine concentrations of 0.031 25-59.5 mg/L, it was observed systematically that the process of phosphine toxicity on adults of Sitophilus zeamais could be divided into three stages as the stage of narcosis or knockdown under fumigation,the stage of recovery from narcosis after airing and the stage of real death. The death of tested insects was not completely related to narcosis or knockdown. It was perhaps the result of the action of phosphine on nervous system or the insects directly or indirectly. And the result will be signifieent in shedding light on the mechanism of phosphine action on insects fully.
