摘要
以水解纤维素性能优良的AnigerHS - 1 6菌株为生产菌 ,利用厚层通风固体发酵法糖化玉米秸秆纤维素 ,其发酵作用的最适pH是 5 5 ,最适温度是 35℃ ,发酵完成后的还原糖生成率可达 2 6% .用上述玉米秸秆糖化粉制备的还原糖液做碳源 ,通过摇瓶培养生产酵母蛋白(SCP) ,每 1 0 0mL糖化液 (含还原糖 2 % )的酵母细胞产量 (干重 )可达 1 .2g ,干酵母细胞蛋白质含量为 45 6% .
A niger HS-16 strain with high cellulose hydrolysis as saccharification strain was used in thick layer and ventilation fermentation to saccharify maize straw under the best conditions of pH5.5 and 35℃.The reducing sugar yield was 26%.By using maize straw saccharifing meal to prepare saccharifing lipuid as carbon sources and by shaking culture,the yeast cell yield(dryweiight) of 100 mL saccharifing lipuid was 1.2 g and the dry cell protein content was 45.6%.
