摘要
根据国家地震局震害防御司制定的“震害评估细则”对1991年2月25日柯坪6.5级地震的震害进行了评估。在实地调查的基础上,对灾区房屋破坏情况进行分区统计,对不同房屋进行分类统计并计算破坏比,得出该地震造成的总的经济损失约461万元。
The hazard caused by Keping earthquake on Feb. 25,1991 has been evaluated according to the 'Detail rules and regulations for earthquake evaluation' made by the Department of Seismic Hazard Prevention of SSB,and at the same time ,the authors made statistical analysis at different degree of building damages on different zoning regions by on -the -spot investigation. It is calculated that the direct economic losses of this quake are about 4600000 yuan.
