摘要
以矮牵牛为原料,利用HC1—乙醇、乙醇、蒸馏水、丙酮浸提矮牵牛红色素,选出了最佳提取液。另外经过薄层层析对比实验选择出了最佳洗脱剂,并通过色谱柱对矮牵牛红色素分离纯化,从而为矮牵牛红色素的提取及纯化提供了科学的依据。
The article introduced that the red pigment is extracted from the petunia.By contrast ,we select the best extracting solution among HC1-CH3CH2OH,CH3CH2OH,H2O and CH3COCH3.In addition,we select the best washing solution refinery the petunia red pigment by the chromatography.So,providing the scientific basis for the extraction and refinery of red pigment.
