以药食同源鱼腥草为主要原料,通过单因素试验确定鱼腥草和贵州苦丁茶的配比和正交试验确定鱼腥草汁和苦丁茶水、白砂糖、柠檬酸和CMC的用量,优选出最佳配方,并研制出酸甜适口、回味微苦的保健饮料。
