摘要
水分是小麦质量检测的重要指标,本研究运用近红外光谱分析技术,采用两种数学方法分别建立小麦近红外漫反射光谱数据与水分的数学模型。通过对定标方程的相关系数、样品的相对误差以及误差标准差的分析比较,得出用逐步回归方法建立的预测模型比ZX—888型近红外分析仪自带的多元线性回归法更稳健、精度高。
Water content is one of important index in wheat's detection.In this study technology of near infrared reflection spectroscopy(NIDDRS)is applied,and different linear method such as multi linear regressions,gradual selection regression are used to find mathematical relationship between the NIRDRS absorption and the water content.By analysis and compare,we find the mould used in gradual selection regressions is more correct and standard.The results show that NIRDS can be used to inspect the water content in wheat.
