国内现有的多种新型织机上使用了可互换式四只变换齿轮的连续式卷取机构 ,它以少量的备用齿轮可以得到大区间的、密集的可织纬密。本文对这类机构可织纬密的合理分布与齿轮齿数的对应关系作出研究 ,利用计算机的数值处理功能 ,运用穷举数学方法作出齿轮数的优化设计 ,文中以瑞士苏尔寿 P71 0 0片梭织机为例 ,用
Of the many new types of loom,the four alternate gear teeth for continuous take up mechanisms are usually used, it is possible for smaller numbers of gear teeth to give larger and crowded numbers of pick density. In the paper the author uses computer data processing function and mathematical method to investigate the reasonable distribution and optimized design of numbers of gear teeth, and provides the computer program of optimized design with C language in Sulzer 7100 projectile loom.
