摘要 采用柠檬酸络合法,在较低温度下(750℃左右),通过控制柠檬酸加入量。获得比表面大,活性好的钙钛矿型(ABO_3)复合稀土氧化物LaFeO_3材料。掺In_2O_3,Y_2O_3等杂质,可以进一步改善材料的乙醇气敏特性。用这种材料制备的乙醇气敏元件。其灵敏度β值为39(气体浓度为<1000ppm),抗汽油,一氧化碳、煤气、丁烷、氢气等干扰气体的能力强,性能稳定可靠。 The materials of perovskite-like (ABO_3) rare-earth composite oxids LaFcO_3 are prepared by citric acid complex method in lower temperature (about 750℃). The LaFcO_3 material of bigger specific surface and good activity can conveniently be obtained through controlling quantity citric acid. The characteristics of the LaFcO_3 materials are improvde by doping In_2O_3 and Y_2O_3. The sensitivity of the alcohol gas sensor made from this materials is 39 (1000 ppm, gas concentration), its ability of anti-disturbance gas such as gasoline, carbon monoxide, coal gas, butane, hydrogen is powerful. The properties of clement are stable and reliable.
