摘要
以性善论为管理思想的哲学基础 ,强调仁政、人和、以德服人、义利统一 ,通权达变、仁民爱物 ,修齐治平等是孟子管理思想的八大特点 ,这些特点和现代管理学中的行为科学学派、权变学派、企业文化学派等强调人本管理、情感投入、灵活应变 ,注重管理中的文化因素 ,构建独特的企业文化和团队精神在精神上是相通的 ,充分地体现了它的现代精神。
The theory of original goodness of human nature, the philosophical foundation of Mencius' management thought, has the following characteristics: the policy of benevolence; unity and support of the people; benevolent rule, co-existence of righteousness and interest, adaptability, love for all the people and animals, etc. These characteristics are similar in spirit to the modern management thought and are revealed in the dominant schools of modern management science, which emphasize humanistic management, feeling investment, flexibility, cultural factors, unique enterprise culture, and collectivism.
