家是社会的小细胞。两部世界名著的半自传体小说以家为主人公童年成长的温床。贾母对贾宝玉，贝齐姑婆对大卫，都有超级的母爱，但前者是以控制为主，后者是以支持为主。这是两种不同阶级的爱。贾宝玉和大卫都挨过父辈的毒打，但起因不同，后果也不同。这两个少童都有过童年恋情，处理方式也迥然各异。由上可清晰看出典型环境对典型性格的微妙影响。
A home is a cell for the society. The family were breeding grounds for the heroes in the two famous classic novels with a style in semi - autobiography. Grand - Mother JIA for Bao - Yu, and Grand Aunt Betsey for David, both expressed the ultra love by maternal side to their children.
