法律援助制度在保障人权、维护正义、完善法制等方面具有重要意义 ,这一制度自 1 996年在我国确立已得到迅速发展 ,这一制度的发展在我国已有充足的法律保障 。

The law aid system has important meaning in terms of humam rights guarantee,realizing judicature justice,perfecting legal system,ect.This system has developed rapidly since it was built in China in 1996. This system has had enough law guarantee. But there are many factors that restrict the development of the law aid system at present.
