摘要
用He-Ne激光照射小白鼠的胫腓骨折局部和穴位,然后分别于骨折发生后的3、8、12、18、23、28、33d处死,观察并对比其组织学变化,结果发现He-Ne激光治疗组较对照组的各种骨痴形成提前10~15d,使骨折后的改建恢复期提前15~22d。骨折发生后用He-Ne激光进行照射,能改善骨折愈合的条件,使骨折后的组织修复、再生进度加快。
He-Ne Laser was adopted to radiate on the acupuncture points and fractured sites of tibiae and fibulae of rats. The rats were killed respectively in 3, 8, 12, 18, 23, 28 and 33 days after fracture. The obser- vation and contrast of the histological changes showed that formation of granulation tissues and various cal- luses in the treated group began 10-15 days earlier, and the reconstruction and recovery phases of calluses began 15-22 days earlier than in the control group. Radiation with He-Ne Laser after bone fracture can im- prove the conditions for the healing of the fractured bones and speed up the tissues recovery and regenera- tion.
