新的教育形势对教师素质提出了更高的要求 ,教师观与教师培养模式已经发生了重大的转变 ,基础教育改革需要教师的教育科研 ,教师个人发展离不开教育科研素质。根据教育科研素质的结构及当前师范院校的现状 ,我们应努力创造学术气氛 ,积极改革教育课程体系 ,加强教法课和教育实习 ,加强学生的教育科研素质培养 ,以适应素质教育对“研究型”

New situation of education requires that teachers in middle school should have ability of educational_scientific research .Of course, the teachers in normal colleges should train students who will become teachers in the aspects of ability of educational_scientific research. We should create the air of scientific research in our college and reform all the unsuited things including the curriculum's arrangements,the teaching procedures of pedagogic and jackaroo.
