摘要
加强师德建设要针对教师队伍的现状 ,营造良好的氛围 ,突出自我修养 ,采取切实有效的措施 。
To strengthen the construction of teachers' professional morality,it is necessary,acording to the current situation of teaching staff,to create a better atmosphere,to highlight self_cultivation,to take practical and effective measures and to make unremitting efforts.
